  • Noel Moloney – Treasurer & Former Secretary              
    Profession: Accountant/Management
    Qualifications: B.Comm (University of Qld); CPA
    Experience: 30 years in government areas of finance, budgeting, strategic planning, internal auditing, securities administration, strategic reviews, program evaluations, policy, state and national committees, and statistics; former manager of the compilation of Victorian Courts’ statistics in the Department of Justice & Treasurer Melbourne High School Council.

  •  Jeremy Ludowyke – MHS School Council
    Profession: School Principal
    Qualifications:MA, Dip Ed., Grad Dip. Ed (Policy and Administration)
    Experience: Teacher, Department of Education 35 years, Principal, Department of Education 21 years including financial management, corporate governance and Human Resource management training and experience.

  • Sam Theodore – MHSOBA Representative
    Experience: Banking and finance industry, with particular expertise in risk management and Treasury products. Senior Dealer Foreign Exchange – CPA; Senior Manager, Financial Risk Management Group, Ernst & Young, Director Capital Markets Group, Deloitte; Global Practice Leader, Internal Audit, ANZ, Director of Finance & Treasurer, Oakleigh Grammar. Australian Paralympic Head Coach for Goalball (1987 to 2002), Director Blind Sports Australia.

  • Michael Hills – Director & Former Treasurer
    Profession: Accountant
    Qualifications: B.Ec.(Hons); CPA; Registered Tax Agent; Advanced Management Programme - Australian Administrative Staff College
    Experience: Senior Economics; Corporate Planning; Managerial & Financial Control positions in major Australian Bank; 18 years experience in not for profit sector; Former Director, Company Secretary & Treasurer Foundation Boroondara Ltd; recently Director and Company Secretary Canterbury Surrey Hills Community Finance Ltd; Director and Company Secretary Boroondara Cares Foundation Ltd;former Treasurer Melbourne High School Council.

  •  Simon Evans - Director
    Profession: Project and Development Manager
    Qualifications: Bachelor of Architecture - Melbourne University
    Background: Simon has most recently been working with the Australian Property Management on various residential, retail, student accommodation and subdivisional projects, as well as with the Marriner Group, on the Hook Island Wilderness Resort in the Whitsunday Islands.

The Foundation is currently governed by seven Directors. The Principal, Representatives of School Council and Melbourne High School Old Boys Association are non-elected Directors. The other three directors are nominated by members of the Foundation and become  eligible for re-election by rotation. Both the Company and the Directors are bound by the relevant provisions of the Corporations Act. Its accounts are audited annually by a registered company auditor.
